1-1 Fitness Coaching

My 1:1 coaching program is going to teach you how to move and nourish your body while getting strong physically and mentally throughout your pregnancy and beyond.

What you will achieve over 12 weeks

In the 12 weeks 'Move & Nourish' program, we will focus on:

  • establishing a training routine & safe workout programs tailored to each trimester or postpartum stage,

  • how to nourish your body & understanding the ins and outs of pregnancy weight gain and postpartum weight loss,

  • how you can feel connected to your body when life gets too busy & so much more.

    Together, we will find the things that work for YOU to build your confidence so you can shine as a mama and in every aspect of your life.

    You will learn how to exercise safely during and after pregnancy with your personalised training program. In addition, we will integrate mobility exercises to manage common pain in your shoulder, neck and back. It is also important that you will learn how to prepare your pelvic floor for birth as well as the rehabilitation of your ab separation and pelvic floor muscles after giving birth.


    You will understand how to nourish your body during pregnancy to support your baby’s growth or postpartum journey so we can ensure you are not getting depleted which is especially important after giving birth. You will learn about weight gain during pregnancy and weight loss in your postpartum phase so you can feel confident throughout your whole journey.


    Pregnancy, giving birth and the transition to motherhood are life-changing events. We are becoming a mum and the powerhouse for the whole family which might be physically and mentally demanding. You will learn different tools how to focus and transition through these challenging times so you know how to feel your tank and you can show up as proud mama every single day.
